Topographical Surveys:
The most common method used to provide accurate details for an area of land is the Topographical Survey.
We use the latest Robotic Total Stations to enable us to provide the highest levels of accuracy whilst maintaining a reasonable level of costs. The only restriction to the level of detail shown is how much the client wishes to incorporate into the Survey. A Topographical Survey will show all natural and man made features including manholes & services both underground and overhead as well as contours. We can relate the level detail to either the Ordnance Survey or a simple site datum (TBM).
Our Surveys are automatically provided with an accurate control network around the site to enable further works to be carried out should they be required i.e. setting out or as built surveys. Please talk to us regarding your individual specifications & requirements.
